    Our Foundress Mother Teresa of St.Rose of Lima had a clear vision about Education.It is clearly noted school’s vision.
    It is Empowering our students to empower society/humanity especially  the economically marginalized, creating a ‘Civilization of love.’
    In my opinion Education and character formation must go together. A teacher must be a person of good character. Then the students need not be taught the lessons of good behavior. Parents play an important role in the child’s life. If the parents live what they expect from their sons and daughters , then the character formation is much easier.
    Today’s world is noted for its impatience, arrogance and violence. In that with the collaboration of parents and dedicated teachers of Mount Carmel Vidyaniketan we want to bring a civilization of love where humans respect and love their neighbors and be ready to extend a hand for the poor and needy.
