Children are expected to be promptly dropped and picked up. Latecomers will not be entertained. All Saturdays except 2nd Saturdays will be working days till 3.00 for Grades 9-12. All Public holidays are holidays for school. Students are expected to be present in the event of activity requiring their presence on Saturday or other holidays. Prior information will be given regarding this. To take your child out from classroom for any emergency purposes, you need to inform the office and sign the movement register.
The school is affiliated to the CBSE board(affl. No -930638). The primary years programme will be skill based and followed in Readiness, Secondary and senior secondary English is the medium of instruction and communication. Prayer songs will be in Hindi, Malayalam and English.

- A raincoat during the rainy season is mandatory.
- ID card needs to be worn daily to school.
- Hair should be trimmed neatly for boys.
- Girls can keep hair short or tied up neatly.
- Avoid Nail polish and any makeup while in school uniform. Costume jewelry can be worn only on occasions.
- No gold item should be worn except a small stud. The school is not responsible for loss of any gold item.

Prescribed uniform should be brought in a separate kit. (PT uniform (house colour), sports/gym shoes and small towel.)
Children are to take leave from school only when considered absolutely necessary and unavoidable. Students need to have minimum of 95% attendance. Leave can be availed of with prior information and permission in the event of

- A trip to a place that enhances information and knowledge.

- There will be a flag hoisting and other patriotic programmes on Independence day , attendance will be marked after which the students can leave.
- Harthals and bandhs:- The school does not support any harthals or bandhs whatever the reason may be. We strongly believe that any issue can be resolved through peaceful negotiations and other such alternatives. Disrupting the public and resolving issues are by no means fair. In the event of a bandh do call us, you may check the newspaper early enough, use your discretion and if the situation so demands that you remain indoors kindly do so. We will remain closed only if the situation is really bad, taking into consideration the safety of our kids and staff.

Notice of one full term should be given for withdrawal of a student from the school. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
There will be 3 parent-teacher meetings in a year. Parents may also contact school office during breaks to talk to teachers. Those parents who wish to meet teachers may do so on working Saturdays 9.30 to 11.30(do need to inform prior to meet). Parents are not permitted into the classroom to meet the teacher while the class is in session. You may get to meet them in the office instead.
Teacher’s & Students Empowerment Program
On hand training for teachers will be imparted every month with annual camp before each academic year. Students will get to meet and interact with guests from different walks of life on a bi monthly basis. There will also be special empowerment program for senior students.
Parent Empowerment Programs
Parent empowerment training will be imparted once a term
School fees for each term are to be paid before the first 10 days of that term. Late fees carry a fine of ₹100 per defaulting day. Mess/Van/Extracurricular /spl.ed fee too needs to be paid within the first 10 working days of each month failing which a fine of ₹10 per defaulting day will be added.

Grade 1, 2 and 3: Will be tested continually and comprehensively throughout the year and 3 reports will be given annually. They will have monthly unit exams.
Grade 4 upwards: There will be four Periodic assessment (PT1,2,3,4) and two Termly assessment(1 & 2). You will be notified of the Termly assessment well in advance
