Mount Carmel Vidyaniketan Kottayam has launched  a programme for the fostering reading habits of her children.  Every Wednesday  the whole inmates of the school including the students, the members  of the staff and Principal will be engaging in reading a book at  their choice for 10 minutes.  Its named as ” Treasure the Time by Seeding in reading Habit”.  After the reading, anyone is invited  to present the gist of the topic read, to the whole school at the  Mike point.  Mr. Josekutty,  the faculty for English  and Mrs. Linta N Aniyan faculty for Social Science   are the progroamme coordinator under the direction of the Principal Sr. Gracelyn CSST.
